The foam we can produce: normal foam, high foam, high rebound foam, memory foam with gel.The are very strong against pressure, fatigue and press, the airflow holes are in good average.We can press different kinds of foam with different densities( lowest density for vacuum compression is above 20), the capacity would be 70% smaller than the original volume; by this way it can get much smaller cube meter to save the transportation cost.
It can be used to make mattresses, sofas, cushions, carpets, pet water-loos, auto accessories etc. We can customize the thickness according to your needs. Our density 13-80kg/m3.The rebound rate, IFD(N),support rate is refer to different foam. We usually use vacuumed and compressed packaging.
